Using Hattrick Manager with low screen resolution
Note: This guide is slightly outdated, but the basics are same even in newer versions. You should get the idea.
Hattrick Manager is designed to be used with a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher.
However, if you are forced to use a low resolution like 800x600 there are a couple of options
you may configure to more easily use Hattrick Manager.
The following options will disable some things, but make the Position View occupy less space.
In the File menu, select Settings / Settings... and then the Advanced tab:
- Uncheck Show rating
- Uncheck Show position title
You may also narrow the width of the boxes (Auto Lineup, etc) to the right of the Positions View
by dragging separator line. In the upper part of the window, you may narrow the width (or completely disable)
both the Player Categories and the Quick View.
You may also completely hide these side panels and toggle them when you need them by using the shortcuts in Settings menu. Try the following:
- Show Toolbar
- Show Player Categories
- Show Quick View
- Show Lineup Statistics
- Show Auto Lineup
- Show Lineup
Do also remove the columns you are not interested in by selecting Customize Columns in the Settings menu.
You may also toggle the whole Positions View by pressing F3 on your keyboard.
This is what the "mini" version of Hattrick Manager would look like:
